Refund Policy

At EmpowerHER QA LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and coaching. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Manual QA Ebook

Due to the digital nature of the ebook, all sales are final. Once the ebook has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Manual QA Training Program

We want every student to feel confident in their enrollment. Refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Within 7 days of the course start date: A full refund may be requested, provided the course materials have not been accessed.
  • After 7 days from the course start date or after accessing course content: No refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review the course description thoroughly before enrolling.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us directly. We handle all requests on a case-by-case basis with care and consideration.

Student Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are reserved specifically for you. Please respect the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before the session: Full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the session: No refund will be issued. You may reschedule one time as a courtesy, subject to availability.
  • No-shows: Sessions missed without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

To cancel or reschedule, please email us as early as possible so we can accommodate other students.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at hello@empowerherqa.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase
  • Order confirmation number or receipt
  • The product or service purchased
  • Reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Changes to This Policy

EmpowerHER QA LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
